Strong winds causing power outages

Winds of 20-30 mph and gusts upwards of 40 mph are affected power services in northern Minnesota throughout the day on February 28.

Crews have restored power to almost all of those affected, and the last few outages are projected to be resolved by this evening.

At the peak, there were over 45 outages affecting more than 2,800 customers.
