Food drive at Northern Lights Elementary keeps growing

Another successful food drive at Northern Lights Elementary in Superior

A great group of kids in Superior are helping out their neighbors in need.

Students at Northern Lights Elementary completed their annual food drive. And they brought in 1500 items and $200 for the food pantry at the Faith United Methodist Church.

Mr. Jess Brozic’s third grade class organizes the fun. They had different grades bring different items, so there was a variety.

Sage told us, “We did announcement and made posters.”

Myles added, “It was really fun organizing and bringing the food, and counting it.”

And they happened to be the class who brought in the most donations. So they are getting an ice cream party!

Great job, junior Spartans!
