Superior fire and police are investigating multiple arsons at Royalton Manor Apartments

The Superior Fire Department has responded to four fires at the Royalton Manor Apartments, located at 1901 New York Avenue, since late December.

According to the department, the fires were all small in nature and extinguished quickly without significant damage or injury to any residents or firefighters.

However, each of the fires appear to have been intentionally started and the Superior Fire Department takes all incidents of arson very seriously, especially when it occurs in occupied building.

The Superior Fire Department fire investigators along with investigators from the Superior Police Department are actively investigating the incidents.

The Superior Fire and Police Departments have increased their presence in the areas and fire inspectors have recently visited the building to ensure all fire protection and alarm systems are operational.
