Support for Superior family dealing with a rare cancer diagnosis

Superior Businesses are rallying to give back to a Superior Business Champion.
Many in Superior are familiar with Kelly Peterson for her active involvement in the community volunteering in numerous organizations and activities as well as her role as the Superior Business Improvement Executive Director.
Late in 2023, Kelly’s husband Brad was diagnosed with the rarest know Lymphoma, NK T Cell cutaneous Lymphoma which requires aggressive treatment.
In addition to the significant financial burden of the treatment and travel alone, Brad’s employer has informed him his employment will be ending upon the expiration of his FMLA due to his inability to return to work. The Peterson family is not only fighting the disease but also the financial burden the disease is taking.
For the past month, Superior businesses Nummi Jewelers & Twin Ports Bid have been collection sites for donations, gift cards and merchandise to be put up for auction online, March 28-April 4. 100% of all funds raised will go to the Peterson family.
