The Dog Days of Summer

As the end of summer is near, so is the end of summer vacation for so many kids. The emotions of: excitement, fear, joy… well maybe all of the above are happening for parents as they go through the task of back to school shopping for their little ones.  Many parents are well on their way as the new school year is fast approaching. So, what are parents thinking? 

“We did back to school shopping a little early this year, we wanted to make sure we had enough time to find all the things we needed in case there was a shortage of anything that we would still have a few weeks to buy stuff, but I also wanted like to check it off the list early this year so we could enjoy the rest of the summer,” says Aimee Gloneck parent of two.

Back to school shopping is a tradition long held for most parents as kids are always in need of the latest backpacks, school supplies among other things to be prepared for the new school year. Routines from summer will be far gone and new daily ones in the classroom are soon to be made. Best of luck to all parents as they prepare their young scholars for a brand new school year.
