Truckers for Tots collecting toys and money again for kids this Christmas season
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around Mid-State Truck Service offices. They have launched their Truckers for Tots collection event again.
This is the 15th year for the family owned company. And the fourth one here in the Northland.
Their goal is to hit the $65,000 mark.
Mike Cooper, the Operations Manager in Duluth, said, “We love it. It’s something that we get together as a team here and do. We take the donations, any money that’s been donated throughout the year, and we go to our local partner Fleet Farm and do all the shopping for the kids. And we take care of the delivery of the toys to the local Salvation Army branches. Everything stays local. It’s great.”
There are locations in Duluth and Virginia. You can bring unwrapped gifts or a check for Toys for Tots.
Duluth: 3204 Carlton Street
Virginia: 705 N 6th Avenue
You have until the middle of December to get your donations in.
