Around 7:05 pm Monday evening a witness in Orr, Minnesota near Pelican Lake saw a waterspout that would eventually move on to land.
Heather Marie and Donna Hoffer of Orr sent videos to the WDIO Storm Track weather team. Witnesses report debris being thrown into the air once landfall was made like vegetation and shingles. Chief Meteorologist Justin Liles says at the time the waterspout occurred, there wasn’t much visible on the radar.
The Storm Track team has shared the video with the National Weather Service for further analysis.
