Aaron Padden just graduated from Two Harbors in 2022. And he’s already had two more graduations since.
Boot camp for the U.S. Navy, and then the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Guard.
“I joined the Navy because all my life, I had dreams of wanting to become a sailor,” said Padden.
The Ceremonial Guard is the official honor guard of the U.S. Navy, and is comprised of the drill team, color guard, casket bearers and firing party. They are part of the service tradition providing unforgettable experiences through leadership development, world affairs, and humanitarian assistance. They are based out of Washington, D.C.
Padden told us he’s already been part of six military funerals so far. “You’re so proud of what you’re doing, representing this person who passed away. What they’re a part of, it’s something really beautiful.”
Padden hopes to become a Navy SEAL someday as well.
