Lakeville man arrested at University Nursery School Arlington location

Duluth Police say a 46-year-old Lakeville man was arrested Wednesday morning at the University Nursery School location on Arlington Avenue.

Authorities were called just after 7:30 a.m. on a report of suspicious activity. Officers found the man inside a bathroom and detained him “without incident.”

He is being held at the St. Louis County Jail on pending charges of Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing.

Police say no one was injured.
