UPDATE: Two men cited after Rustic Bar incident, no charges for two women

The Duluth Police Department provided an update Friday about the investigation into an assault at the Rustic Bar earlier this month.
They completed their investigation and turned it over to the St. Louis County Attorney’s office last week.
No charges are being filed by that office. They handle felonies and gross misdemeanors.

The case then headed to the Duluth City Attorney’s office on Wednesday of this week.
After reviewing it, the office decided they will prosecute two men involved in the incident for assault.
Duluth police issued the citations on Friday to Scott Rabold and Mylon Griak.
State law does not require them to be placed under arrest.
The two women involved in the initial physical fight will not be charged.
No further information is being released at this time.
