Ursa Minor Brewing unveil soft reopening of their new bar area

Ursa Minor Brewing held a soft reopening, which included an expansion of their brewery for customers to sit and extend the bar. It was part of the build up to the All Pints North festival, where the brewery tied for first place.

However, Ursa Minor Brewing is still looking to make some improvements by adding more drinks on tap. Nick Heck, a bartender and host, said that the staff are really excited to show off the new bar area to customers.

“It’s been funny we’ve had people come in asking ‘Can we still get pizza? Can we still get it to go?’ It’s like, yes, we’re the same, if not more,” Heck said. “So It’s really exciting, but it’s crazy. Yeah, it’s the same. Great flavors, same great beers, same great flavors of here’s the variation. New looks fresh and ready to go.”

Heck also said that the next improvement Ursa Minor Brewing is considering a new stage area, however, that won’t happen for a while.
