A big year for Valentini’s in Hermantown, as they grew bigger!

There’s now an addition to the building, which owner Carol Valentini has named Little Italy.

“I wanted it to look like you were taking a walk in Italy, and stopped by a little bistro,” she said.

They started working on it last December. Local muralist Brian Olson did the art.

The most recent project was the pergola, which was delayed due to the rain. “We just finished this about two weeks ago, after some rain delays,” she said.

The family just celebrated 90 years of serving up delicious Italian dishes.
