Woman injured trying to avoid a wrong-way driver on I-35 in Duluth

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a wrong-way driver situation in Duluth.
Troopers responded around 12:45pm, to a crash stemming from that wrong-way driver. This was in the northbound lanes near 27th Avenue West.
Duluth Police stopped the 74-year-old man who had allegedly been driving the wrong way.
A 24-year-old woman from Prior Lake had minor injuries after she struck a wall to avoid the wrong-way vehicle.
