As tax season is coming to a swift close, financial literacy is important. April is national Financial Literacy month and our in house financial expert joined us this morning to talk about how you can implement this in your daily life.

For the first time ever, certain schools are teaching kids about what its like to be financially literate. Education is the first step, says Bigelow. At Great Waters Financial, he notes that they offer a course on becoming financially literate.
