Papa Murphy’s bringing the summer heat
Papa Murphy’s is heating up the summer with new pizza offerings and innovative grilling tips. David Heinonen, a General Manager for Papa Murphy’s, joined Good Morning Northland on Friday, July 12th to share some delicious details.
Discussing the unique approach to summer grilling, Heinonen showcased the barbecue chicken pizza being prepared on the grill. “It’s a great way to mix things up from the usual burgers and hot dogs,” he said. The barbecue chicken pizza features barbecue sauce, chicken, bacon, tomato, onion, and fresh mozzarella cheese.
For those interested in grilling pizzas at home, Heinonen provided helpful tips and instructions for various types of grills, available both in-store and online.
In addition to the pizzas, Heinonen talked about their garlic monkey bread and cinnamon monkey bread offerings, noting the cinnamon one serves as a delicious breakfast option. “It’s like a twist on cinnamon rolls,” he said.
Heinonen also previewed their popular Cowboy pizza, which he says is one of their most popular pizzas.
Papa Murphy’s has a variety of crust options, which include thin crust, original crust, gluten-free crust, and even crustless pizzas.
