Pet of the Week: Sweet Dee

Pet of the Week: Sweet Dee

Sweet Dee is Good Morning Northland's Pet of the Week with Animal Allies. The one year old is looking for a lovable home to call her own, and she certainly lives up to her name.

Sweet Dee is a 1-year-old pup looking for a loving home to call her own. She has been at the shelter since January 20, 2024.

True to her name, Sweet Dee is a little sweetheart who loves meeting new people. She can sometimes be a bit too much for small kids, as she gets so excited and forgets how big she is. Toys and treats are definitely the way to her heart. However, Sweet Dee is not a fan of cats or other dogs and is looking for a home where she will be the only pet. She wants to be the baby and have all the attention on her! While in the care of Animal Allies, she attended an intensive training program and graduated with flying colors.

Sweet Dee’s ideal home would be with patient humans who are willing to work with her and keep up with her training. She has lots of puppy energy and is looking for an active home that can keep up with her!

If you are interested in adopting Sweet Dee, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM to place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards her adoption fee and put yourself first in line to adopt. The adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. The adoption process is first come, first serve.
