“We’re so excited to bring this community favorite back for its 18th year,” says Amanda Chris, manager of Beyond the Barn, the organization behind the fair. “There will be vendor booths, educational seminars, and tons of fun activities all revolving around horses. It’s going to be a great day for the entire family!”

Beyond the Barn, which has been a staple in the local horse community for 20 years, started the Horse Fair as a way to connect people with services for their horses and create a central hub for the horse-loving community. “We started the event to gather the local horse community and provide a place where people could come and find help, get information, and learn about upcoming shows,” Amanda explains.

Best of all, the event is completely free to attend! “No tickets needed,” Amanda shares with a smile. “It’s all about bringing people together. And it’s in a great spot—right in the central court area of the Miller Hill Mall. There will be vendors, a used tack swap, and even a seminar area where you can learn new things about horses.”

For Amanda, one of the highlights of the event is the tack swap. “I’m a bargain hunter,” she laughs. “It’s always fun to see what deals I can find, but I also love the seminars. It’s so great to see the horse community come together after a long winter and get back out there.”
