Tech Bytes: Amazon Fresh

China could soon impose new limits on screen time for children. A new proposal calls for restricting smartphone use to two hours per day for older teens, and even less time for younger kids, and, there would be no usage at all between 10pm and 6am.

Amazon says that non-Prime members in a dozen major U.S. cities can now order groceries from its “Fresh” stores. But they’ll pay about $4 more than what members typically pay. Amazon hopes to roll out the service across the country by the end of this year.

White Castle is adding AI to its menu. The home of the sliders is looking to add AI-enabled voices to more than 100 drive-thru locations by next year. White Castle says orders will be processed in just over a minute.
