A federal judge has cleared the way for a major class action lawsuit against Apple. The company is accused of monopolizing the market for iPhone apps by banning non-app store purchases. Apple account holders who spent at least $10 on app content may be eligible to sue.
Google is reportedly planning changes for its artificial intelligence tool called “Bard.” A document leaked on social media says they include changing bard’s name to “Gemini”. The document also suggests a Gemini “paid tier” debuting Wednesday, and an app for Android “coming soon”.
Joe Rogan has reached a new deal with Spotify that takes his podcast to other platforms. Multiple reports say it’s worth a quarter of a billion-dollars. Rogan’s show was the top podcast during the third quarter last year.
