Tech Bytes: OpenAI brings ChatGPT to the US government
OpenAI announces a new version of ChatGPT designed specifically for use by government agencies. Waymo tests automated taxis on LA roads. CVS allows loyalty customers to open locked cabinets with their phones.
In today’s Tech Bytes, the U.S. government is now using an AI platform. OpenAI has announced a new ChatGPT, for Gov. It is specifically designed to boost productivity within government agencies. The company says, it provides more security than other ChatGPT models. However, the cost of ChatGPT for Gov has not been disclosed.
Next, Waymo has started testing its driverless robotaxis on LA’s busy freeways. But for now, only employees can take those routes, which can be twice as fast as the local roads. The company says it is a step toward bringing its autonomous fleet to the highways for all passengers.
Then, customers who use the CVS mobile app will get a new feature to speed up their in-store visits. According to the Wall Street Journal, it will allow users to open locked cabinets in the store by using their phones. Still, you do have to be a member of CVS’s loyalty program for the feature to work.
