Apple is cranking up its security features. The company is letting users boost encryption to their iCloud accounts, to make sure that data is ‘decrypted’ only on trusted devices. The new protections also shield data from government and law enforcement officials.
Bitmoji-style 3D avatars are now available on WhatsApp. So everyone can now use their virtual face as a profile picture or as part of a sticker pack. And the customized character you create also works on other Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Google is out with its most popular searches for this past year. The top trending search globally was Wordle, the game that became a way of life for so many. Other notables include Queen Elizabeth, along with almost anything related to the midterm elections.
