A new crackdown from Google. The company says it will permanently delete millions of Gmail, drive and photos accounts that have been inactive for at least two years. Google says the purge is aimed at protecting users from security threats like phishing and hijacking.

AirBnB is offering a new feature to simplify access for users. Hosts will be able to send their guests smart lock codes through the AirBnB app. Those codes will be activated when guests arrive, then de-activated when they leave.

Finally, Spotify’s premium users can now stream 15 hours of free audiobook content per month, as part of their subscription. That amount of free streaming should cover two audiobooks. Spotify says its catalog is about 200-thousand books, but not all of them eligible for free streaming.
