A new CEO is coming to Twitter. Current CEO Elon Musk did not name his successor, but the Wall Street Journal reports that the woman in charge of advertising at NBC Universal is taking the job. Musk’s new title will be executive chairman.
Facebook Messenger’s Apple Watch app is being discontinued. After the end of the month, users will reportedly get message notifications, but won’t be able to respond. Facebook’s parent company, Meta, is offering no explanation about why the app is going away.
Sony has unveiled a new smartphone. The Xperia One Mark 5 has a new camera sensor nearly double the size of last year’s model. It also has a higher resolution. Those, and other features will cost you. Pricing starts at $1400.
