Twitter users appear to be taking a break. A new ‘pew research’ study finds 60% of US users have taken time away from Twitter over the last year. It also says twitter’s most active users cut their tweets by 25% in the months after Elon Musk took over. No comment from Twitter on the study.
Teenagers will soon be allowed to have their own Uber accounts. Starting next week, minors can sign up for teen accounts and book their own trips. Uber says teens will only get highly rated, screened drivers, and there are built-in safety features.
The streaming service Roku now has a new hub called the Women’s Sports Zone. It provides easy access to live and taped sporting events plus on-demand programming. A study shows 30% of fans are watching more women’s sports now than they did five years ago.
