UMD Chocolate Lab Valentine’s Day Event

If you are still looking for something to do this Valentine’s Day, stop by the UMD chocolate lab between 10 am and 2 pm today where students in the chocolate club will be selling their hand-made, fair trade chocolates, cocoa tea, and hot cocoa mix.

Students will be available to discuss the origins of the beans, the methods used to make the chocolate, and how it all ties in with the chemical engineering curriculum.
