UWS Valentine’s Swing Dance

Tonight if you feel like dancing with your loved ones — the UW superior jazz band is hosting their annual Valentine’s swing dance starting at 7:30 pm in the Yellow Jacket Union.

The evening will feature music from the classic era of big band with songs from: Glen Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Count Basie and Woody Herman. Included with the price of admission, Keith Miernicki of Twin Ports dance will offer swing dance lessons between sets.

Having occurred for more than 10 years, the event has become a valentine’s tradition in the Twin Ports.
Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and free for students.
