20 years at Sara’s Table Chester Creek Cafe

Sara’s Table Chester Creek Café has gone through quite the transformation in the 20 years it has been open. It started as a small quirky coffee shop and bookstore on Superior St before moving to its current location on East 8th St.

Now they’re know for the sustainable and creative foods. Owners Barb Nuebert and Carla Blumberg are known for their generosity, supporting local farmers and creating an LGBTQ inclusive environment. Carla says, “We are grateful for our success and feel blessed by the community. We would be honored to have you celebrate with us.”

And patrons can visit the resturant October 15th from 5pm-9pm to celebrate their new Lakeview Skyroom. The space can fit 30 people and feature views of Lake Superior. There will be a bar with live music, wine, and unveiling of the new cookbook.
