The weekend is here, so let’s take a look at what’s happening Around Town.
Festival of Trees
The halls of the DECC will be decked this weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, the Junior League of Duluth invites people back to the Festival of Trees. You can go support more than 100 small businesses and nonprofits. Plus, Santa is supposed to make an early trip down from the North Pole. It goes from 9-5 Saturday and costs $6 or from 10-5 Sunday and costs $4.
Gales of November
Also at the DECC is the Gales of November fundraising event for the Lake Superior Maritime Museum. It’s back to an in-person event, and there’s an opportunity to win a cruise on the Edwin H. Gott.

Decorate the Fairlawn Mansion
In Superior, the folks at the Fairlawn Mansion could use some help decorating. Email info@superiorpublicmuseums.org to reserve a room or area to decorate. The garland will be hung from 10-2 on Sunday.
