Bailey Builds, an art business run by Duluthians Anna and Nathanael Bailey, returned to the Minnesota State Fair for a third time.
The Baileys build a full store, where they sell wood mosaics, wood engraved earrings, holiday decor, and more.
“It’s been an awesome State Fair for us so far,” Keri Jenkins, who was working in the booth said. “And we’re just so excited and so happy that people have been supporting us and supporting our Duluth business.”
People have been buying big pieces of art, like Anna Bailey’s classic Bluffs. But there are options at all price points.
“It’s important to Anna that we cover a lot of different price points so that everyone can enjoy art of any size and cost,” Jenkins said. “We’ve kind of extended our line to some really fun items. We have a plant box. These have been hugely popular. The plant sticks have been so much fun.”
The plant sticks are only $1 apiece. There’s even a Bailey Builds coupon in the Blue Ribbon Bargain Book.
“This has been so much fun for us because it brings a lot of people in who love our wood earrings. And it’s a fantastic coupon. You can get a pair for half off or it’s a buy-one, get-one-free. And we have all these different varieties,” Jenkins said.
Everything Bailey Builds is selling at the Fair is also available in their West Duluth store.
