How to celebrate National Library Week
Celebrate National Library Week at your local library.
National Library Week is April 6-12. You can celebrate this wonderful resource by checking out a book. The Duluth Public Library also has a week of events to help you celebrate.
Events kicked off Sunday with free admission to the Great Lakes Aquarium and story time to engage the youngest members in the community.
Wednesday you can find out if you’re smarter than a librarian. There’s a trivia night at Hoops Brewing which features the library’s trivia team, the Dewey Decimators. The event is from 7 – 9 p.m. on Wednesday,
There’s an all ages book fair at Ursa Minor Brewing on Saturday. Five booksellers will be there along with a panelist of Northland storytellers,
The library is posting tips all weeks long for an exploration adventure and a scavenger hunt for a golden bookmark.
