CJ Ripp is in her ninth year of business at The Nest in Cloquet, a wellness studio that offers yoga classes and more.
But yoga doesn’t have to be done on a mat. It can also be done seated in a chair.
She demonstrated five ways to stretch your spine and finished with a tension check and breathing exercise.
Ripp has taught Chair Yoga in elementary schools, board rooms, and at conferences for brain breaks.
