Lake Superior Art Glass’ famous pumpkins are now in stock at their location in Canal Park, and if you’re feeling extra creative… you can design your own.

Marketing Coordinator Kristen Austin says, “So the entire month of October you can come in and meet with our gallery staff. They’ll walk you through the colors and choices for your pumpkin. You take your design over to our hot shop and you interact and watch our artists make your pumpkin for you. It’s a lot of fun. We only do it once a year. Do it while you can.”

With over 72 different colors to choose from the options are limitless. And your design is in the hands of expert glass blowers. “Our talented glass blowers have all been blowing glass for well over a decade when they’re in a designer experience,” says Kristen, “You’re really getting a quality experience and a quality pumpkin at the end of the day.”

And coming up the Lake Superior Art Glass’ Glass Candy Pumpkin Hunt is coming back to Spirit Mountain on October 19th. From 10:00am to 1:00pm you’ll receive a map of the designated hunting area, and once you find a glass candy pumpkin, it’s yours to keep as a special memento of the day!
