Food Truck Friday: Buns To-Go
Enjoying lots of good food with their specialty of sandwiches and poutine.
Ted and Erica Sundberg, owners of Buns To-Go, dreamed of opening a food truck 25 years ago.
The Mountain Iron couple decided it was “now or never” 2 years. It took them about a year of fixing the truck before they were able to get the truck on the road.
Now, they’re excited to celebrate a year of Buns To-Go in August.
For them, serving food is a family affair.
“It took a lot of family and friends. We had a lot of test kitchens. That’s what we did. We made it all up ourselves,” Ted Sundberg told The Lift. He adds that the dish that started it all is their poutine.
