Emma’s Kitchen doesn’t keep itself to one genre of food.

Hungry people can find everything from egg rolls to tacos and shawarma to French fries.

“It’s my dream either to run a restaurant, or – I never thought of a food truck,” Emma Heikkila said. “I’m not familiar with a food truck.”

Heikkila is originally from the Philippines and a friend bought the trailer to help her get started.

“I enjoy watching people, you know, when they bite my food, and then they’re smiling and then their mouth is just full,” she said. “That brings joy to me.”
