For just a couple months now, Hollow Grounds Coffee has been making drinks “Strong Enough to Wake the Dead.”

The coffee trailer is parked outside Thirsty Pagan Brewing in Superior and serving both iced and hot coffee drinks, teas, and Italian sodas.

Jen Rosnau bought the former Red Mug Coffee Cart and brought it back to life. She’s always been a coffee lover and was excited to try something new.

“Just a different switch in life. A career change for me, and it just kind of fell into my lap and it all worked out,” Rosnau said.

She creates new specials every month, and is launching iced coffee flights this weekend.

With names like “Phantom Fizz,” “Deadly Nightshade,” and the “Dark Decent Mocha,” it’s clear there’s a theme.

“I’m pretty obsessed with Halloween. Everybody that knows me, it’s my jam. So I just wanted to live in a Halloween trailer year-round,” she said. “So I based my menu just around basic coffee shop classics like the cinnamon bun latte, the s’mores, and the turtle. But then I wanted to do a little spin on all the other fun ones.”

She’s open from 5:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and from 7 a.m. -3 p.m. Saturday.
