Single leg deadlift

  • Start in a v-stance. Make sure all your weight is on your front leg, as you put the other slightly back.
  • Grab dumbbells and move the weight straight up and down hinging at the hips.
  • Once you get the hang of this movement, begin to include your behind leg in the bending motion.
  • Keep a strong form, go slow, and focus on one spot on the ground.
