Taj is a 7-year-old Amur tiger who lives at the Lake Superior Zoo.

For a Halloween treat, Taj received two pumpkins stuffed with meat and frozen clams.

This is an enrichment activity for Taj, who will spend the next day destroying pumpkin. The plus is that it won’t hurt Taj who usually destroys items right away.

Speaking of not destroying things, zoo keeper Lizzy Larson showed us ‘Taj’s Truck.’ Someone dropped a toy truck into her exhibit, and Taj remarkably did not destroy it like she usually would.

However, Lizzy reminds not to put things in Taj’s enclosure because she usually could get hurt.
