Krenzen Honda, a local family business, celebrated 50 years on Thursday.
They invited current employees, former employees, and customers to help them mark the occasion with the Bridgeman’s food truck, balloons, cookies, donuts, and more.
“We’re on our third generation of family starting to take things over. My grandpa started it 52 years ago,” Lyndsey Krenzen-Manning, the internet manager, said.
She started at the dealership at age 16, answering phones at the front desk. They sell new and used Hondas, Nissans, and Lincolns.
“We’ve had employees that have been here 30-40 years. So it’s like a big family. It’s really special,” she said, “and it’s really cool to be able to carry on the family legacy.”
