KTWH rallies local talent for Cabin Fever Reliever

Two Harbors Community Radio is roping all the local talent they can for their Cabin Fever Reliever. The variety show helps them fundraiser as it’s both community and volunteer driven.
Kim Leon, a volunteer DJ at the station, is producing this event. She tells us that it’s a full slate, “The idea for Cabin Fever Reliever is to showcase talent in Two Harbors, and showcase KTWH. Community radio is important with Two Harbors. We interact quite a bit with the local government to help people see what’s going on. ”
It’s the biggest fundraiser of the year. Leon says expect acts like: The Two Harbors Ukelele Group, John Agacki, New Salty Dog, Edward Ojard, Michael Anderson, Erin Eldrige, Jeremy Lepak
Heidi Feroe, the lead singer of Babie Eyes, will also be part of the line-up, “We are happy to help in whatever way we can.”
Steve Solkera also represented the talent that will be there. Solkera is emceeing and bringing his accordion, “I am most excited for the ventriloquist.”
Cabin Fever Reliever is 4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 23rd at the Two Harbors High School Auditorium.
Cedar Coffee Company will be selling gourmet coffee and treats before the show and at intermission. Free desserts and hot chocolate will be available for all.
Tickets will be on sale starting March 27th at the KTWH studios (Harbor Landing Building, corner of 7th Ave. and 7th St. in Two Harbors) and daily at the Cedar Coffee Company (1130 11th St., just north of Super One) during their business hours.
Tickets run $12 adults ($15 at the door), $8 for students and seniors ($10 at the door), kids under 5 are free and it’s $25 for a family package. Day of the event tickets will be available at the door.
