Learn to ski and snowboard at Chester Bowl
Chester Bowl had a rough start making snow in the beginning of its season, but now things are changing for the better.
Dave Schaeffer of the Chester Bowl Improvement Club told The Lift, “Our hill is actually in great condition right now, and once we get a little warm up, we’ll be get ready to get back out on the slopes again.”
There’s still time get involved with ski and snowboard lessons– which are free as long as you have a season pass or buy a day pass. This is on the weekends.
Freestyle Fridays are low-pressure events to help skiers, snowboarders, and snowskaters work on their terrain park skills in a supportive environment. Although it is a contest- with prizes for everyone who participates- the focus is on learning and coaching.
After a successful first year, Girls Shred is also back. The goal of this program is to provide a space for girls and non-binary people to learn to shred.
