Lena The Pug pays a visit to Canal Park

Lena The Pug who is know to drive around drive around in her Hummer payed a visit to Canal Park to celebrate the warm weather.

Her owners Jim and Nancy Anderson say Lena is known across a majority of Minnesota as they use her to advocate for adopting dogs rather than buying them.

“What we normally do is we go around to big dog events around the Midwest and at each big dog event we will represent a different rescue. So right now we have around 25 rescues around Minneapolis/St. Paul that we run around for”, says Jim Anderson.

Lena has been with her owners since she was five months old. She originally came from Milwaukee from a pug rescue and is currently now five years old.
