Opportunities for lifelong learners at UWS

UWS programs for lifelong learners

UW-Superior has many opportunities for 'life-long learners' with continuing education and healthy aging.

If you miss that second-new-year back-to-school feeling, UW-Superior may have a way for you to have it again. Their continuing education program offers classes for students of all ages.

New this 2024-2025 season, Continuing Education is excited to offer a new course called Uncover Superior-Douglas County, which is geared toward the 55+ crowd. It’s a nine-month exploration into the inner working of Superior and Douglas County.

There’s also programming that focuses on aging healthily- with courses like Well-Being for Older Adults or Midlife and Beyond: Strategies for Healthy Aging and Connecting to Community.

There’s also opportunities for all-ages, including learning how to brew your own beer and professional development courses.
