Up in Northern Minnesota, seeing the fall colors is a must and there’s a couple ways to see them. Including one of the more adventurous ways… flying in a helicopter!

Lake Superior Helicopters is highlighting the beauty of our fall colors with their tours. They’ll take you over gorgeous spots like Jay Cooke State Park, Ely’s Peak, Spirit Mountain, and up the North Shore.

Tour Pilot, Andrew Post loves flaying above the fall colors across Duluth, comparing them to fireworks. “Just the different explosions of colors happening every, half mile and mile,” he says, “Just, different groups and clumps of trees coming together to create just this pastiche of autumn color. It’s really amazing.”
