In October 1998, Bob Dylan played a concert at the DECC. It brought fans from all over, including a couple guys from England and Ireland.
The day after the concert, they stopped by the Duluth Hillside home where he spent some of his earliest years before moving to Hibbing.
Dylan would also play Bayfront Park the following year.
