“Thread the Needle” is a mobility exercise and stretch that targets the back, shoulders, chest, and neck.
Brigette Williams of Living Balanced says to focus on your breath and relax your body while doing the exercise. If there is a tight spot, stay in that position and take a couple breaths to loosen it.
She suggests practicing the move every day to reduce back, shoulder, and neck stiffness.
