Three rocks for better living

Anna McGee explains the "three rocks," or pillars to get moving and eat right.
There are three essential elements that keep Anna McGee and anyone she coaches on the track of a healthy lifestyle:
- Nutrition: “It’s difficult for people to make good decisions, I get that. Whole foods doesn’t sound exciting. We’ve gotten away from that. But the more you can just feed your body what it needs. It helps with cravings. It helps with your energy.”
- Sleep/Stress: “What I start new clients with is I just want to get them moving. And I would say about 85% of my clients will tend to sleep better.”
- Movement: “We just don’t move. The big thing now is like walking is the most important. Isn’t that silly? It’s so silly to tell somebody that walking is your lowest hanging fruit. But it’s huge.”
“They really all blend together,” McGee said.
McGee offers fitness programs through her business, AP Training.
