To celebrate spooky season, Glensheen Mansion is inviting visitors to roam the halls of the mansion at night with their new lantern tours, where the only light source is the lantern in your hand.

They only have two days of tours scheduled, Friday the 11th and Saturday the 12th from 6:15pm to 10:00pm, and they say it showcases all of the beauty of the mansion in a totally new way.

The lantern tours will be with a guide where normally the tours at mansion are self guided. Plus, along with roaming the halls Glensheen is hosting a bonfire with smores on the grounds so you make the most out of your visit.

Marketing Director Mike Mayou says, “You’ll get a guided classic tour of the mansion and be able to see all the rooms in different lighting and really focus in on some of the really cool artifacts, pieces of artwork.”
