Bent Paddle Brewing doesn’t let its birthday go by without a block party.

Saturday, May 18, is the 11th Festiversary. The brewers take at least seven signature Bent Paddle beers and tweak them to add unique flavors like passionfruit, peach tea, and banana split.

“We think of it as one of the premiere events in the Lincoln Park Craft District, so we invite all of our neighbors to come and showcase things there too,” Co-Founder Laura Mullen said. “It just means a lot to get everyone together.”

There will be live music on two stages, food trucks, games, and more. The last band of the day will play a tribute to Prince since June marks 40 years since he released “Purple Rain.”

Tickets are $30 for drinkers and $15 for designated drivers or people under 21.
