Castle Danger Brewery will have lots of hoppy beer on tap this weekend.

It’s the second annual Fresh Hop Fest, with small batch beer releases, food, and live music at the taproom in Two Harbors.

Rich Powell says the Mosaic IPA is “probably our most delicious beer.”

The hops are shipped over in 24 hours from Yakima Valley, and they go right into Castle Danger’s beer.

“For that 16-18 hours while we’re making this beer, the brewery smells amazing,” Powell said.

The Mosaic IPA is best enjoyed fresh, especially in the fall after the hop harvest.

Fresh Hop Fest goes from 12-6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19.
