Blacklist Brewing has everything from a dill pickle beer to a cherry pie sour for the holidays this year.

A fun local beverage makes holiday celebrations special, and Blacklist Brewing has a few options for different occasions.

To pair with Christmas dinner, Ray Mindestrom suggests “Kind of a Big Dill,” Blacklist’s American lager with pickle juice and fresh dill.

For dessert, he chose lighter options like the Cherry Pie Kettle Sour or Blueberry Basil Seltzer to leave room for cookies.

And instead of champagne, which has a high alcohol content, for New Year’s Eve, Blacklist recommends swapping in a 5% seltzer instead.
